These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Wintoto (hereinafter "Wintoto", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website accessible at wintoto.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

Wintoto operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering live casino games, slot games, table games, and real-time sports wagering, with primary service delivery targeted at players in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to this platform is not legally prohibited.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the Wintoto platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the Wintoto platform. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from Wintoto or notified that your account has been permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration and during the lifecycle of your account must be truthful, complete, and current.

To access Wintoto's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Identity Verification (KYC): Wintoto operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering requirements. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Wintoto may also require KYC verification at any other time at its sole discretion.

Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued national identity card (e.g., Malaysian MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Payment method verification — documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet registered in your name).

Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Wintoto will treat all activity conducted through your account credentials as having been authorised by you. Your use of the Wintoto platform is subject to the following general terms and conditions of use, in addition to any product-specific rules that may apply to individual games or betting markets:

• Access to the platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Wintoto.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way, including but not limited to account registration, gameplay, or exploitation of promotions.
• You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law or these Terms.
• Wintoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform, or to any part thereof, for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational reason, without prior notice and without liability.
• Wintoto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final. Technical malfunctions that affect gameplay may be reviewed by Wintoto on a case-by-case basis, but Wintoto's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Wintoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 (subject to change — current minimum is displayed at the time of transaction).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Wintoto does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process on your account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, as part of our anti-fraud and AML obligations.
• Wintoto processes the majority of MYR withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected.
• Wintoto reserves the right to conduct additional security and source-of-funds checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 50 (subject to change).

Wintoto offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable across all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering or rollover requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While playing with active bonus funds, a maximum single bet limit applies (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet). Violation of this restriction may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's individual T&C.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire 14 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited from your account.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses impose a cap on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. This limit is stated in the individual promotion terms.

Wintoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation is suspected. Players who are found to have exploited bonus systems in bad faith may have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on Wintoto are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sportsbook markets, live casino tables, or specific slot titles) are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• Finality of Results: Once a game round or sporting event has been settled, the result is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game type, market, and player tier.
• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended at any time. Coverage of Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, AFC competitions, and UFC events is offered subject to fixture schedules and market availability.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that prevents a game round from completing correctly, Wintoto reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected accounts. Wintoto's determination in such cases is final.
• Erroneous Odds or Prices: In the event that a sporting market is offered at an obviously erroneous price due to a systems error or human error, Wintoto reserves the right to void all bets placed at that erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wintoto platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without recourse:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform to launder money.
• Using software, automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or table game environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been obtainable.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or exploit-based bonus abuse designed to generate risk-free profits without genuine wagering intent.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, abuse, harassment, or threat against Wintoto staff, players, or the platform itself.

Wintoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operational principle, not merely a regulatory checkbox. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a mechanism to address financial difficulties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any Wintoto trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wintoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access.
• Technical errors, malfunctions, or data loss not attributable to gross negligence on the part of Wintoto.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance upon information published on the platform.

In all cases, Wintoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Wintoto account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Wintoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that a player is a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Repeated violation of bonus terms or detection of systematic bonus abuse.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Wintoto support. Any legitimate pending withdrawals at the time of account closure, subject to applicable AML and KYC checks, will be processed in the normal course. Wintoto reserves the right to withhold funds where a breach of these Terms is under investigation.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wintoto is licensed to operate. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction, and that the responsibility to comply with applicable local laws rests solely with the individual player.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Wintoto, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Wintoto's customer support team at [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the dispute in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in Wintoto's licensing conditions.

Wintoto's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, account balances, and bonus eligibility is final, subject only to the dispute resolution mechanism described above.

Wintoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the platform or, where appropriate, by direct communication to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Wintoto platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
